"SRVDA Varieties" (upper division classes) and "Rising Stars" (lower division classes)
are held in alternate years at the Dougherty Performing Arts Center in San Ramon, an ideal venue to showcase the talents of SRVDA dancers. The professionalism of the dance program leaves audiences spellbound. A member of the audience at a recent performance said, "I came planning to see my friend in the first act, then leave. I not only stayed for the entire show, but enjoyed it so much, I came back the next day to see it again."

"Impressions of the Nutcracker"
is the Academy's annual holiday production. Over the past 25 years, "Impressions of the Nutcracker" has become a holiday tradition, anticipated and enjoyed by the entire Valley. The 90+ cast members encompass all ages and abilities, and are chosen by audition or faculty recommendation. |

Gym/Acro Performance
is held every other year. It is an event in which students demonstrate their skills in an action-packed performance that delights those who participate as much as those who watch. The gym at the Academy is transformed with sets, lights, and music to represent the theme of the show. Audiences are dazzled not only by the outstanding feats of the gymnasts, but by the production itself. |

"Little People's Day"
is the year-end program for our Color Me Dance students, 4-5 year old gymnasts, and young elementary dance students. Held in our Studio Theatre, parents, family, and friends delight in seeing the children perform. The youngsters proudly share their talents with the audience and glow in the praise and recognition they so deserve! |
